Jeff was great at pre-sales. He was very helpful in figuring out what was needed and getting things setup. Scheduling was a bit of a challenge as we didnt start when we were supposed to.

Once the job did start, he completed it efficiently. We were however, over the time slotted to finish the work and that could be due to challenges he said he had to deal with with the structure itself.

We hired JPA to install a wood handrail on an existing, interior wrought iron railing. Very responsive to our project and schedule needs. Offered useful ideas; solved a problem created by the railing contractor; very professional work.
