Very unhappy with the service I have received from this place. Dr. Garza is not bad, but it is not worth putting up with her rude and uncaring staff. Three times now they have either not ordered my contacts or lost them. They don't follow up with you or call you to let you know what is going on. They just simply don't care. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

I didn't have a good first experience with this doctor's office and for some crazy reason, I returned again, only to be disappointed again!

Dr. Garza is great. She is efficient and explains everything.

Unfortunately for her, the office personnel SUCK!!! They are all over the place.

When they call to remind you of your appointment, they make a point to tell you that if you are 5 minutes...

Not a very warm impression for my wife and I. We felt like we were just eyes being examined. No warm or personality.
