They make you feel bad about your choices here. I had gotten a full set and then returned to get a soak off and the lady was trying to rip my nails off with a fake nail tip and after I RESTATED that I wanted a soak off she got an attitude and got a bowl of acetone for me to soak my nails in, and then drilled off layers of the softened gel.
