The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Exchanged Doc Martens for a smaller size (women's 5), which had to be ordered and shipped only to find out the deceiving sales clerk ordered a BOYS US size 3 which was a completely different looking shoe..not at all what I asked for after clarifying it. …
