Appt was made by Stephanie over the phone. She was polite and professional. Arrived- came in the back door. Bad impression- wondered why I choose this doctor's office to visit.But, after a 45 minute wait - things got somewhat better. Routine test - then meet Dr Herold. Would not suggest this place to anyone. They do not inform you of anything, They did not tell me what my vision was. was told I have an astigmatism was not explained what it was had to go on the internet to figure out what it was.
