Avoid! These people have NO people skills and are complete jerks. They overcharge and refuse to discuss their charging policies. I will not be a return customer.

Avoid! These people are complete jerks! They have no people skills and overcharge. When asked to explain their charging policies, they refused and asked me if I wanted my merchandise or not. Will not be returning.

Very poor business practices

The accidentally broke my saw while repairing it. Gave it back to me without informing me of the damage and refused to repair it after the fact. Accidents happen and I understand that...but not honoring their work is just bad business...

They broke parts on my saw repairing another part and tried to accuse me of breaking the parts myself...accidents happen but poor customer service is not an accident at all.
