From making the appointment, confirmation, and communication this whole experience was a disaster. I was in that office over two and a half hours, and never did see doctor. Dr. Leffert's office was able to get my son in very quickly, in fact they even called when they had a cancellation and moved his appointment up a week. Dr. Leffert spent well over an hour with my son and took the time to answer all of our questions, never once acting bothered by us. I have not even been in to see this Doctor yet and I am regretting making the appointment. I live 3 hours away and can not even get anyone on the phone. Took 3 days of endless calling to make an appointment. I have been on hold NOW for 15 mins collectively. He seemed nice enough but I felt a tad rushed with my first visit with him. Once my visit was done and it came to talk about returning he informed that I would not see him any more but his PA. I don't mind PA's but I have an issue with paying the same amount to see a PA as the doctor. I did not return.

I like his treatment approach.

His staff is an entirely different matter for the most part. His medical assistant takes a very long time to get back on any messages - matter of fact her vmail states something to the effect "don't leave more than 1 vmail I'll get to you". I can't imagine having that on my work vmail! Front desk staff not much better - can't be bothered and have zero...
