John responded so quickly to our call. Needed smoke detectors for our common areas, and 2 within my unit. John was very professional, and knowledgeable about the codes. The work was completed and tested quickly. A huge thank you to them and now we actually have reliable, professional, electricians for our property.
Very professional, and a good guy, called on sunday on memorial day weekend and he was here within a hour and a half I think this is like the third time calling over the year...
Had used in the past and was impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism. Second go around has been pretty awful. Have sent multiple emails and called several times to request a quote after a visit to our home and I have neither a quote nor any response whatsoever. At the very least a "I am too busy for your small job" would be warranted. Will not use or recommend again.
I seldom write reviews, but Jolt Electric really deserves a great one - - John was on time, called me before he got here, and fixed my electrical problem - - and explained in "user friendly" terms why it happened. I was very impressed, and would highly recommend his company to anyone !!
John runs a first class business, is very knowledgeably, was prompt and professional. They we able to help in an emergency call at my mothers home and most recently diagnosed a problem with the main drop to a multi family in Swampscott. I cannot say enough good things about this crew. Don't hesitate to call them for your electrical needs.
