I gave them my generator on a Friday. They said it'll be done in a week. I called them the following Tuesday, said oh yea we need to order a part. We will call you tomorrow (Wednesday ) no call. I called Wednesday evening, they said ill call you tomorrow ( Thursday ).. No call. I called Thursday even. They say we still need to order the part... We will call you back tomorrow (Friday). No call....

The owner was quite generous and was able to help me with any questions I had. He provided exceptional customer service and I will highly return in the future.

I needed to order a part, and the owner there was extremely helpful and courteous. I found that he was genuinely interested in helping customers. Overall he was a nice man and I'd recommend others to go to this shop.
