Avoid at all costs

They installed my heater incorrectly and do not stand behind their work. I got the nice guy routine from the owner and the blame game that the manufacturer is at fault. bottom line, they train on the job and do not advise of routine maintenance so you better know all your stuff about what they are doing for you. Make sure you have an attorney on retainer.

Terrible company that does not stand behind their work. they installed my heater incorrectly initially and upon failure and replacement of parts, neglected to do the slightest bit of preventative maintenance. now, I have replaced very expensive parts for the second time and the owner will not even own up to making a mistake. I needed an regent repair on a Saturday when the AC failed. john came out from an hour away after 6pm Repaired unit and I had satisfied renters.
