Good food, great people and interesting conversation (to listen to, or participate in). Texas burgers are the best (no fries, sorry) Reminds me of the truck stops of the 1950's ..always a good bet!

Solid diner food. Good pancakes, good eggs, good biscuits, good hashbrowns. The sausage gravy is too peppery for my taste, but what really annoys me is whatever margarine they use when heating the???
