The girl seemed nice when I paid for the part on Monday. She tells me it would be ready Wednesday. I call to make sure so I can pick it up and she tells me she never said that and said Thurs or Friday. Mind you, my dad was with me and heard her say Wednesday. So she lied, got nasty with me, and said she would call me when it's there. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! The parts ordering girl argued me down over a $16 part and she was wrong, nasty, and so unprofessional!
Purchased three major appliances from Johnnies after hearing about their reputation and being around forever. All went well taking our money but when crunch time came between the manufacturer and Johnnies with a part they should not have installed, guess who is out of the money, you got it I am! They just lost a customer and any future referral.
Absolutely terrible business people. I called the owner Joe 3 times to question a service call charge. He never returned my phone calls.I try to support small businesses but I'll advise you in this case to shop somewhere else.
I would never recommend this place ! Came out I handed the guy $80 he said he would be back in a couple days to fix my dryer now it's over a month and the date keeps changing by now I just said Forget it and just bought a new dryer and asked them to either return my money then since the guy said a couple days and nothing has been fixed or keep the money but some fix my vent for me and I'll pay...
Johnnie's took care of me when I panicked 2 nights before we were having a big birthday party. They came out and repaired my refrigerator within 3 hours of my first call to them. Now that is service!! Thank you so much! It was definitely money well spent!
