I went to the center for cateract surgery Oct 23. From the moment I went in the door and met Jurina, the front dest person, my experience was positive. Everyone was helpful, kind, efficient and caring. Thank you Jurina, Sandy & Debbie (pre-op), Karen, Liz and Alicia (OR) and Deboral (recovery). Surgery is always scarey....you all made it less so:)

Craven Regional not on CIGNA authorized provider list !! WHT ???

Why is Craven Regional the only major Eastern NC Hospital not signed up to be a CIGNA provider.
I have tried to no avail to find the answer to this. Who in the system makes this decision? Why has C.R.
Our Tax money built this Hospital and as a forced regional patient who has no option but to be a CIGNA Policy holder.
I am retired and CIGNA is my only option. I really have no option but to...
