Restaurant
I’ve brought my family to Joe’s all over the country; this one was our only disappointment. Great location and good food, but not the fun Joe’s Crab Shack atmosphere you’d expect if you’re familiar with the chain. (The managers need to check out Joe’s in Colorado Springs – long lines every night and always worth the wait!)
My overall assessment; it’s a good, casual seafood restaurant at a fantastic location. I might eat there again, but wouldn’t go out of my way.
There is barely any crab on the menu and the seafood was kind of chewie.
Not a great place to go if you need to get in and out for lunch. Food is good- not great, but good, BUT, have had extremely slow service both times I've been. Wait staff is very prone to talking- with each other- instead of looking after customers. Very skimpy on tea refills, a personal pet peeve of mine.

Thank you. If so, it was owned by my Uncle Joe Parks. He passed away about 1955. So wondering of some of my cousins took over the restaurant? Anyone know?
