I am pretty easy to please and never take time to rate anything, let alone restaurants, but I felt compelled to write because both times that I've eaten at the chesapeake location I've left saying "I'll never go back there again!" . The first time I ordered the broiled seafood platter and the second time it was the English battered fish and shrimp, plus calimari. Everything was completely tasteless, as if they forgot to add seasoning to everything we ordered. You might ask, so why did I come back the second time? Well, some years back I had dined at the Waterside Joe's crab shack and both times the food was great; So I'm not sure what happened here, either the cook sucks or the franchise has changed its recipes to accommodate concerns over sodium. But my money would've been better spent at Long John Silver's!

it was aweful. the food was okay but the service was the worst i've ever had. i let the manager know but she didnt care.offered nothing but i'm sorry seemed very uncaring. we waited forever. they forgot some of the food, got no refills. our waitress was mia.
serioulsy for the long wait and the bad service i should of just went to the store and cooked myself a cheap dinner. food was cold when we got it. nothing good.
