Dr. Mabalot is one of the most professional, friendly, caring physicians I have seen in my 69 years of life. His office staff was outstanding. we were recommend this doctor by our PCP. we saw him the first time okay visit sent for an ultrasound went for a follow up and said a biopsy needed to be done. we did the biopsy he called us AND SAID THAT WE NEEDED TO SEE A SURGEON, refereed us to an ent surgeon who removed the thyroid and told us that he flagged the doctor. never received a call from this office we called them and THE FRONT...

I would not trust or will be returning to this Doctor. Poorly trained staff and Dr. is quick to give the wrong information in regards to treatment. My treatment for thyroid cancer was made so much more difficult than necessary because this doctor is incompetent.
