We were long distance sellers and Joe was very helpful in checking on the home regularly and when work needed to be done, he usually was able to meet the contractors at the site willingly and open up the home for them to do their work. Great background in construction helps when looking at homes together. Joe can point out problems and provide pretty accurate estimates for improvements to a home before buying.

Joe is the best! He sold us the home we now live in while he was a building contractor. We have contacted Joe many times over the years on different matters.
