Zach was our service provider. He did a great job and responded quickly to every question posed. Would definitely recommend him/Joe P. Clark, Inc. to anyone looking into installing and/or replacing a Water Heater.

Did the job but the cost was in my opinion way too high for the work done.....only took about ten minutes but was charged too much in my opinion......way way too much! won't be going back to this plumber again without winning the lottery.......plus hours late but no phone call saying being late.
