Have used them twice

Very helpful in all the aspects of the process, and the movers were careful and seemed to be aware of our needs. We have used them 2 times for local moves and each time have been very pleased. We have even recommended them to two of our friends that moved.

Do not trust this company

I hired this company to move my personal items from VA. I informed them of a scam that another moving company had got me with. Mayflower told me they would be there and professional and no hidden fees would occur.

i never heard from my rep again after that.

the driver was late picking up my items
my items sat in a storage warehouse for 4 days until the driver arrived.

now that we are a day away from delivery, the company has hired someone else to drop off my items.

They wanted an additional $1100 that I refused to pay.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

they will scam you

Johnnie was great with customer service. Scott was personable and helpful. Andrious was a very, very hard worker crew. Just a little bit more careful when putting stuff onto truck. But I was very happy with their respect and professionalism.
