Dirty house, trash every where outside, dirty pool, dirty kitchen items, Window screen out of porch, blinds in master smelled like body odor, clumps of hair in master shower, sliding doors didn't work well so they stayed shut, most games in the game room didn't work, every picture was crooked, overall terrible experience. The only thing they could tell us is that it wasn't their fault...

We have used Joe Lamb a couple of times for our rental agencies and I have no complaints. The staff have always been pleasant and helpful, and always courteous. Every house we have rented has always been clean and ready at the time they said. This year we stayed at Pelican's Watch, just across the street from Fish Heads / Outer banks pier. We've rented homes in OBX from several different agencies in past years. This summer was our first time with Joe Lamb Jr. We couldn't have been happier. The staff was friendly and accommodating to my 4 children who had just spent 9 hours in the car. If something goes wrong, they won't do anything, even if you have to go to a motel because the property they rented you is uninhabitable. A manager actually told me that. All they do is take money and give keys.
