I absolutely love this place! The food is delicious. The Servers are friendly. It is a very nice family environment. All of the dishes are great. My personal favorite is the Chicken Ala Vodka. The mushrooms caps are cooked to perfection every time that I have ordered them. When things get busy the owner and his wife will jump in and help the staff. Joe & Mimma’s Restaurant in Grafton has been owned and operated by the Buffa family since November, 1972.
Girolamo & Rosaria Buffa moved from Carini, Sicily to New York in 1968 and then to Virginia in 1970. They named the restaurant after the two oldest Buffa children, Joe and Mimma.
