Kim is the most helpful person. She is very knowledgeable about what is in the store and helped me fine the best yarn and looms for my kids and wonderful fabrics for my "No Sew" gifts I was making for my family. I wish they had more like her.

At the moment, since they just opened, they don't have as great a stock as you would expect from JoAnn's. Still, they have diverse products and I'm sure they'll get more soon. My biggest issue...
