Martial Arts School
Certified and qualified black belt instructors teaching jiu-jitsu, judo, and mixed martial arts.
If you do go to this place, You'll have trouble deciding which class to join : the MMA class taught by a guy named Stefan or the Judo Class taught by Professor Barnett. Both are great, and both instructors are great men with good hearts and strong technique! Good Luck because in either class, you cant lose! (Edited August 30, 2009)
Good Quality instruction. MMA class is very tough. the instructor, coach stefan sanders is very strong and he knows his s@#t. Great students. great blend of BJJ, Catch wrestling, Muay Thai, and Boxing. Top Notch instruction. best kept secret!!!

Great cajun food and friendly service. It's a small cramped in space so you may have to wait for a table but it's worth the wait.
We ate here on a Sunday night and arrived fairly early (about 5:00). We were the second group seated but the place was soon filled with people. We had heard that there was usually a line to get in on Saturday nights, which is why we waited until Sunday night to eat here. Our food was delicious; I had the...
