The food was amazing !!! The sushi was fresh and had a great presentation!
Always fun, good food, but this time, the chef was boring. He had no enthusiasm at all and we had two kids (pre-teens) with us. I will still go back because we love this place.
We had eaten at the Jinbeh in Lewisville before, and found the food to be pretty good, but the service abysmal-- very grudging to do anything up to and including bothering to seat you in the first place, resulting in us walking out the last time... for good-- and the atmosphere rather forced and cramped. The Jinbeh in Los Colinas was an entirely different experience from the moment we walked...
Took my grandson for the first time and loved the show as he called it from the chef.
Tried Hibachi style in Jinbeh for first time. Wasn't too impressed with taste of it. It was good, but not great though. I guess my last Hibachi was long time ago at Benihana, I felt it was much better than Jinbeh.
