Jim's Automotive is phenomenal, honest, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I recently took my older station wagon, that is in mint condition, to Jim's because the dealer couldn't find the part or really knew what the problem was at all. He new exactly what the problem was, and fixed it in three minutes and didn't charge me. He regularly doesn't charge me for fixes. I've been going there since...

I'm a single woman. I have taken my cars to dealerships and other independent garages, and they always try to sell me things I don't need. When I take my car into Jim's Automotive, Jim is always very honest and tells me what I need and what can wait for awhile. He doesn't try to sell me things I don't need.
