Jim absolutely went above and beyond in all areas. Our purchase was a bit tricky because we were buying in the US as we were living in another country. Jim made it as easy for us as possible. Even our local "power of attorney" / friend said, "Wow, you have a great agent. How did you find him?". We were very lucky to have Jim helping us return to the US to a beautiful new home.

Jim was great during the entire process of selling my condo! The pictures and virtual video tour of the property were top notch. He helped us list it at a competitive price and held 2 open houses which enabled us to get an offer within 2 weeks. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Jim is AWESOME. My condo sold so quickly that my only regret is that we did not have more time working with him! He is so energetic, responsive, and on the ball and will do a fantastic job representing you. I give him my highest recommendation!
