Carolyn Agresti, MD, is a premier ENT w/ vast experience. She's in her own offices now and has top staff at EVERY LEVEL. She's operated on me, given her opinion (though I didn't like it at the time) and years later, I'll admit: she was right!

HORRIBLE & UNEXCUSABLE! I was a first time patient & sat in waiting room for an hour & 15 minutes before saying something to the receptionist. Another couple were complaining about a 45 minute wait. After complaining I was taken back by the PA & my vitals were taken. There I waited another 15 with no word from the doctor & decided to leave after getting my $50 copay refunded. Unprofessional...

What a nice practice! Everyone from the MA and receptionist to the audiologist and Dr Agresti were wonderful! The most pleasant medical experience I've had-maybe ever!
