customer had a 1/2 mile driveway, nite before storm fells a tree halfway in we walk everything out,an extra hour and half,I attempt to renogiate he puts me off, on way into city they close the midtown tunnel,21/2 hours later we get there, i had another job after, lost it and this guy doesn't want to pay I hold tv he bounced a thousand check. guy got moved for nothing and complains.
The night before the move, a tree fell across the customers driveway. It took us an hour and a half longer to move the furniture around the tree and on to the truck. On the way into the city, the midtown tunnel was closed resulting in a 2 1/2 trip to get to the west side. The job took 4 hours longer than the estimate through no fault on the movers part.
