I placed an order for privacy folders for my classroom back in July. One set of privacy folders arrived and the other was on back order. When I called they would not just send me another color, but said I had to wait until the others came and they promised they would arrive by September 2. Online Customer Service is very, very poor. I've been waiting for a week to hear back from them. My order has not arrived and I've not even received a shipping confirmation.....what's going on over there?

My issue is that you don't have a weekend rep. Teachers do a lot of ordering on the weekend.
I placed an order over the phone last night, and I don' t have an email stating that I did. I think that this company needs to change something.
I will never order from this company again. I will also encourage other teachers not to order from this company.
I'm very dissatisfied.

I would love to tell you all about my order from a month ago but I have not received it yet, even after several phone calls and promised expedited shipping. It was great starting school without the supplies I needed. I will be sure to get them elsewhere in the future!

I will give RGS...an "I" message...the poster about teachers not in it for the money is futhering the economic abuse of teachers by the public and their representatives who have been cutting teachers' salaries and school butgets.
