So horrible on soooo many levels. Nasty dirty run down looking place I didn't even want to put my hands down on the counter. Overpriced horrible i guess you could call it a cheesesteak. Tiny...

They don't have these where I live. The sandwich and french fries are awesome. I know it's a chain however it is very good. Better than Subway and very friendly.

Gross, stay far away

Food mediocre, staff extremely rude, found a hair in my salad. The staff turned the lights out while we were sitting at our table to signal that they were closing. Really?

The food is decent. Management is very rude and condescending at times. And if I pay for extra cheese, I don't expect a regular barely there amount. There are better Jerry's locations in the area...

For a chain fast food establishment this place is awesome. Very flavorful subs and fries. I will always go back to this place. Very filling
