I am not sure if the practice or Dr. Kaufman's fault, but this was a very impersonal/unprofessional operation. There seems to be very little understanding about medical insurance or practice. In the short time I was there I was misdiagnosed (wrong patient) and set up for incorrect medical procedures. There is virtually no communication, and often communication that was reviewed was about...
