The apartment where I reside right now is quite, and military friendly. Its only minutes away from Fort Lee, shopping centers, schools and colleges. The rent is fair.

Just moved in Nov 2010 and so far dont have many complaints. First apartment so fits my budget and you basically pay for what you get. Office staff seem to be nice and maintenance is good only had 1 prob and was fixed that day. aslo like that i got my own washer and dryer in my apartment

This place has changed dramatically! It's been under new managment since July 2012 - it no longer serves the income based/Section 8 housing population. Managment did a completely clean sweep. The community is unbelievably quiet and the residents are mostly military or older people. The new management company is obviously putting in a lot of money for renovation. You can see the work in progress...

Been here for 2 years, have had some problems but nothing that wont addressed by the office or maintenance in a good time frame. People on here have their own opinions...to me this is my home and I take care of it and keep to myself so being here works for me. Remember their is no perfect place...things happen in the finest of places too.

I'm in the military and move around a lot. I've lived in a lot of apartments all over the country. I was able to pick my apartment and move in just a couple days later. The office workers were nice. My garbage disposal wasnt working and when I saw the office lady she actually came in and showed me how to reset it. This is one of the few places I've lived where when they say they will call back,...
