STAY AWAY. Living in this apartment complex was an absolute nightmare.
Everyone is super nice on day 1 when you're interested in moving in, but the minute you sign that lease you are doomed.

The clothes dryer was broken. Reported it and nothing done. Apartment upstairs washer over flowed flooding my apartment. Nothing done by maintenance to Suck up water. I had to do it myself. No key toas ilbox given. After being laid off from work 8 days into lease. I had given 2500. In rent and fees. Was told I still owed 4 months rent. No reasonable help offered.

I have lived at Tech Center Square since May of 2015, With the previous employees I had never had one problem with. However, new employees have taken charge of the leasing office, I have encountered the same problem TWICE! I go in to the leasing office every first of the month and ask for my TOTAL!!! Worst apartment complex to live at... takes FOREVER for maintance/office to come and fix anything! Lived there 7months and i asked them move-in day to put a screen door on our back porch, mold in the kitchen vents, and on bedroom windows all around, taken weeks for them to come fix that, (STILL HAVENT) and overall, noisy neighborhood with no privacy. EXPENSIVE FOR NO REASON. DO NOT RENT HERE
