Garbage collection at 6:40 this morning!?? 5 days a week you will get woken up at this "Luxury Building" sometime around 7 am. The entire back side of the building is impacted as the garbage collection area is in the middle of the building in the alley (even on the 4th floor).
Don't bother going to management for help with loud neighbors (I swear they are up there playing fetch at all hours...

Please note that one of the 5 star reviews is from the building manager, which is incredibly deceptive. It's also humorous given how nonresponsive she is doing her actual job, and never seemed to care about resident dissatisfaction in the 13 months I had the misfortune of living there.
