Our whole experience, from scheduling the initial estimate through the final wrap-up, went very smoothly. Fred answered all of our questions knowledgeably, and Kathie kept the process moving efficiently through the permit application to the final paperwork. The crew was professional, neat and quiet both inside and outside. We were so pleased that JCT Electric install their new generators after hearing about our experience.
Excellent service from small jobs (ceiling fan) to large jobs (generator for entire home). I will always use them as my electricians. The work is excellent and their prices are fair.
We used Jct Electric for our generator. They were the best of 4 company's we had out. I found them to be very knowledgable and I felt most comfortable with them. Fred was honest and straight forward from the beginning. It was a long painful process getting township approval but the office did a great job. Stay away. They talk a good game to get you to sign up for a maintenance contract with them and promise you they will be out within 24 hours if you have a problem. Hope you don't have to call for their help though because that is all a bunch of lies. Our new natural gas Generac generator stopped working and we needed them to come out to us as soon as possible (within 24 hours as promised) and...

Through a simple misunderstanding in scheduling of work done, the receptionist at JCT Electric called me, yelled at me, refused to listen to my side of the story and then hung up on me. During her rant, she accused me of doing work illegally and without necessary permits and threatened to call our township to tell them of this so-called illegal work. If this work required a permit, why didn't they tell me to go get a permit before their ""scheduled"" work was to be done on our premises? I'm assuming it's because they themselves do work without necessary permits that's why they were so quick...
