This one man side show has many complaints and civil suits for taking payments, not completing work And not licensed in MD or DC. Does not complete job but will take your money and run. Check PG county for lawsuits on CoL Todd Rodgers as well as dllr website. Over 12 complaints and still stealing homeowners hard earned cash.
