I have ordered a pair of glasses, paid, and waited for 10 days for the order. The frame arrived scratched, SEPARATED at the seams and with regular thickness lenses, when I have paid for the special index thin ones. I have sent them back, waited FOR 2 WEEKS for the replacement only to get THE SAME PAIR back. All they did was to use a huge screw to hold the frame together tighter. I got my full...
