New Chef

We dined May 26 2012. New chef,formally of Grappa Grill, with experience and knowledge of Cajun/Low Country cuisine. New menu items...very tasty red snapper and others were raving about the double stuffed pork chops. Looking forward to going again as the new menu progresses. Love the champagne drinks the bartender creates.

Wanted to share this regarding our dining experience, from my Father in-law who once owned a successful restaurant and is a pure 100% Cajun;
Hi All,
Don and I went to the ‘Jazebel’s Jazz Bistro’ (3281 South Church Street Burlington, NC 27215) Wednesday night for dinner, at 7 PM, we two were the only patrons in sight. Soft jazz music was playing in the background.
The menu was definitely slanted...
