Customer service is a BIG bug-a-boo of mine. Well, I have to take a sec and brag. I was cleaning my hard wood floors and for the first time in 10 years I messed the floors up. I put a coat on the floor and the wax turned Snow White. Spent 5 days on my hands and knees trying EVERYTHING I could get my hands on....vinegar, goo-gone, amonia... Nothing worked. Called many cleaning places but they...
