She is a poor communicator with her staff and patients. I went in to be fitted for contacts and waited nearly an hour before I was seen. Then she rushed through the procedure and tried to pawn me off on other employees to teach me how to put them in. She spent 5 minutes with me before she told me I would have to come back again. It takes most people 20 minutes to an hour to learn how to put...

She in my opinion is too busy or does not know what she is doing. She told me my eye pressure and wrote very different numbers on my papers. Which was a waste of my time and money. So, now I have to go see another eye doctor to be reevaluated. Spending more money and wasting my time to get help. Very frustrating!!!!
