We love the location of our apartment. Close to shopping at the Biltmore, close to both of our jobs and other amenities Phoenix and Scottsdale have to offer. Everything in our apartment is updated and looks great. Overall it's a good place to live.

I love this property...The units are top of the line with granite countertops, cherry cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The pool is fantastic. I would highly recommend living here.

Well worth the money, very nice appliances (stainless steele) management staff were really helpful with the movibg in process. Location is perfect!!!

Not the best place to live. I have been here for 8 years now and the condos are being sold!! i have a short time left because there are filling a judgement for the remainding units to get us out. I can't believe this is happening to me abd 20 others. we thought we were buying a home, and now the new owners are trying to get us out. Very sad!!

"Hub of the city," is what I say,
because, whatever your heart desires,
is less than 15-minutes away.
Downtown Phoenix, is a quick and easy sail
by public transit or by catching
the, "Metro Light Rail."

I enjoy my modern kitchen because I love to cook,
along with my (he) washer/dryer, my
hall closet and my somewhat, disorganized nook.
