Totally dissatisfied YP.com

I was scheduled for surgery by Dr. Poliquin in March. I cut my vacation with my grandchildren short in order to return home for my preadmission screening at the hospital the next morning. The afternoon before my screening I callled the hospital around three thirty to make sure everything was still scheduled. They confirmed it so and told me to be at the hospital the next morning.
