Dryer at the end hits and scratches your car. Has happened twice. Thought it was a fluke the first time but told the attendant who wasn't responsive. Then it happened again. Won't be returning.

Self service is okay, 5 min is not that long of a time to wash and rinse your car, 10 min just about covered all the works that needs to be done. At which point it may be better to have it cleaned...

Had my sedan detailed inside and out. Outside looked great but the inside wasn't through and they left dribbles of what looked like wax on the dashboard.
