Incorrect billing and refused insurance rate

Truly awful experience. The x-ray technician was careless (and painful), and I was never seen by Dr. Heller himself -- only the other underling dentists. Then, their office tried to charge us incorrect rates because we were with a new insurance company and Dr. Heller's office didn't get the correct rates.
After that was resolved, I went in for a checkup and was told I needed to see a specialist. Despite phone calls, Dr. Heller's office NEVER called the insurance-required referal into my insurance company, so I still haven't gone yet (this was 6 months ago).
