Great tree work, terrible customer service. Very happy with the trees, disappointed with our treatment.

Their first visit, I called well before work hours to leave a message that we wanted a large holly tree removed instead of trimmed. No one returned or answered my calls all day and the holly was not removed.

I would like to take this opportunity and thank Mr. Jackson and the entire crew of Jackson's Tree Services for the profesinally done job on our property. They did an outstanding job, from first contact with them to the final clean-up, treated carefully everything in our yard. Would highly recommend to all of our neighbors and friends, and if we need to, will go to them again, that is for sure....

We were extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the entire crew. From the estimate to the clean up, the family run business ran like a "well oiled machine". We would definitely use them again. In fact, 2 of our neighbors already have.

Estimate was free, accurate and thorough.
Price was reasonable.
Company was flexible on scheduling.
Crew was prompt - arrived when they said they'd arrive.
Met all conditions of the contract - cleared out all the identified trees in 3 hours!
Cleaned up all leftovers - even cleared some extra leftover debris from some of my own work.
Left no footprint - other than the missing trees, you'd never know they were here.
Most importantly, taking care of these trees now probably saved me $6000 in driveway repairs down the road!
If you even wonder if you should clear out some trees, call these...
