I've gone through Jackson hewitt for years and I have never felt as blown off as I am feeling this year.... Mr. Mai chan is hillarious at first, but try getting a straight answer from the guy and ur left getting laughed at and told "blah blah blah"... first he gave us the run around on the amount we would be getting back... and then the main thing we did understood was that he had given us 2...
