Jack Rabbit is a very friendly and secure place to store your goods. I had almost everything I own stored at this location for almost two years and I never worried about it. The cost of a unit seemed to be either less expensive or right on par with any place else in the area. I had no problems with any of my stuff - nothing was damaged, destroyed or stolen.
If you are moving or just want to store your overflow stuff, I definitely recommend them to anyone.
Yes, we just moved here from Chicago! I had a friend in town recommend these guys for storage and I have to say so far we have a good feeling about our move. Outstanding customer service by the employees at jack rabbit. We filled out all of the paperwork about 8PM the night before and we we're able to move in right away. It was great because we were really pressed for time. No problems, no issues...all is good! TY!
I have to say that I was very impressed with the level of service with this company. I had used a couple of other storage places in the past and the experiences have been awful. This place was helpful (the people are very friendly). The office, the lot and space were all very clean. A truck is offered onsite to use for the move in. This is hands down the best storage solution out there. I've been using jack rabbit for about a year and have never had a single issue.
