Had my things and my sister's things in storage there for a year until I finally found a place of my own. These guys are the best! The staff is courteous, professional and well informed. If I ever need storage again I will probably go back to this location because of the staff. The place was clean, easy to access. However, I should have just sold all my stuff for the amount I ended up paying for storage. None the less it was a overall good experience.
Setting up and getting my own storage unit was pretty easy. The girl working at the counter (think her name was Michelle?) was very helpful. She helped me fill in all of the paperwork, offered me their insurance and she showed me a couple of spaces. I moved in that afternoon..
I was needing a storage unit by a certain time, and I checked a couple of places. Jack Rabbit had everything I needed to move right there: a truck, the right size space, moving supplies, rate was good, etc....so I could move right away. Thanks, jack rabbit, I needed the help.
Jack Rabbit offered us a good size unit for a good price. We moved our stuff from our small condo into one of the 10X10 spaces for now until our house is ready. We didn't need climate control (cost was extra plus it was a pain to move into the building) so jack rabbit was perfect for us. Easy access to our storage unit (pull up to a large outside door and unload). We are pleased with our pick...we'll recommend.
The Manager is very friendly and personable. Easy and convenient location. I will Definitely use jack rabbit again in the future and tell people about them. Prices are very reasonable as well.
