Hands down this place was the right place for us for storage. I stopped in with my husband to check out storage pricing on a recommendation by friends. Customer service (good service) is a big issue today and it was the number one reason why we picked them. So many places today just have bad service. These people offered a good price for a good service and the people are very pleasant. They have many extras as well. A good recommendation if you're looking for that much need - good service - today.
These guys gave me outstanding customer service. They walked me through the entire process with all the bells and whistles. Good rates with a rate lock guarantee for a year, insurance, truck to use, etc....what more could I ask for. Thanks to the managers here for all of their help!

Best place that we found for storage. Rates were good, easy access in and out of the place. A very good storage place if you need long or short term storage.
Prompt and courteous customer service. Rental rates were as advertised (no hidden fees) and I was offered a special rate on the space for the first month. I have been very pleased with my choice to use jack rabbit.
Mike and Alice at jack rabbit storage gave us many good tips on storage. One that I thought was pretty important was the need to store my leather couches in a climate control type of storage unit. Mike made very good sense when he told us that the manufacturer doesn't ship it in climate control or store it that way in a warehouse. So, for that reason plus the great customer service and rates...
Storage place is a little hard to find off of the highway but they offered a killer move in deal with a truck. I've been with them for 2 months and It's been all good. Recommend them.
