so my wife decided to surprise me today and pick up some fire wood from Jack Frost . Well guess that was a bad idea . Your customer service with the woman at your front counter leaves ALOT to be desired . After feeling belittled and and giving the run around about the pricing of your firewood she was instructed to go out back and get some . Again not being told how much it was or the price...

If I could give zero stars I would. Jim and I just had the worst experience picking up soil from this place. They close at 5:00 PM and we showed up to get just 1 cubic yard of soil at 4:50. I'm never a person to show up somewhere just before it closes but it's the fastest we could get there after borrowing a truck from my dad. The man inside the shop was already counting...
